Wallace advises on AIM float of Servocell Group

Wallace advised Bell Lawrie on the admission of Servocell Group to the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM), with trading commencing yesterday. The firm advised Bell Lawrie as nominated adviser and broker.
Servocell develops innovative devices that control movement of mechanisms such as locks and has established relationships with a range of leading lock manufacturers. Product launches are expected during 2006 and 2007.
Rex Newman, Managing Partner at Wallace, added: “The range of industries represented on AIM is diversifying as the exchange continues to grow and gain credibility; as well as companies from more traditional industries, we are now seeing many admissions by companies with interests in technology and natural resources. We are also experiencing increased interest from overseas, most recently the US and Canada.”
In 2005 Wallace advised on a number of AIM floats including TV Commerce Holdings plc, Cellcast and Bulgarian Property Developments.
