Wallace has advised longstanding Fortune 500 client Henry Schein on the acquisition of W & J Dunlop.

Henry Schein is the largest US provider of healthcare products and services to office based practitioners in the combined North American and European markets.

W & J Dunlop is a leading family owned supplier of animal health products and services to veterinary clinics throughout the UK.

The cash deal means that Henry Schein will now enter the UK animal health market in a strong position and the company will now serve both dental, physician and animal health practitioners across the UK.
