Wallace acts for Henry Schein in its acquisition of Minerva Dental

Wallace has acted for Fortune 500 company Henry Schein on its acquisition of Minerva Dental, a distributor of dental consumables and equipment to healthcare practitioners. Minerva’s largest customer is the Ministry of Defence.
Henry Schein is the largest distributor of healthcare products and services to office-based practitioners in the combined North American and European markets, with operations in 19 countries. Wallace has acted for Henry Schein since its first European acquisition in 1992 and most recently represented the client in its acquisition of W & J Dunlop, a large veterinary supplier based in
Rex Newman, managing partner of Wallace and lead partner on the transaction, commented:

This required constant communication and close liaison between Henry Schein management, its legal department and our own professional team.
