Wallace has advised the shareholders of Passion Sports and Passion Sports International, European distributor of Rocket Dog shoes, to US based Rocket Dog Brands in a cash and shares deal. Founded by Tony Greenfield in 2001, Passion Sports now operates in 19 countries.
