Wallace Acts for A1GP on its new A1GP Powered by Ferrari Car

Wallace acted for A1GP World Cup of Motorsport on the successful launch of its new A1GP Powered by Ferrari car.

The launch, which took place on 22 July 2008 in Mugello, Italy, is the start of a new era for the A1GP World Cup of Motorsport series and the first important step in its exciting and highly publicised partnership with Ferrari.  The new A1GP cars will be used by all of the various national A1 Teams in the new season which starts on the weekend of 19 September 2008 at Mugello, Italy.

Wallace has worked closely with A1GP and advised on some key contractual arrangements for the manufacture of various components of the new car.

Matthew Pryke, head of commercial and IP at Wallace, commented: "This has been a really challenging and exciting deal as A1GP take this very important step in the development of the series.  This project has been complex and involved working to very tight timelines so it is immensely satisfying to see the new A1GP car on the track today.  The new car looks and sounds great and therefore everyone at A1GP should feel proud of what has been achieved to date."
