Barry specialises in investment, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant and development work. He has a loyal client following and has been involved in the sale and purchase of a number of significant properties.
Barry recently advised the owner of an industrial estate at Marshgate Lane in connection with its sale to the London Development Agency for £8.3 million for redevelopment as part of the Olympic Site.
Career:
Barry joined Wallace when he qualified in 1986, and became a partner in 1989.
