Jackie specialises in commercial property and property related matters including office, industrial, retail and leisure, property investment and development transactions; joint venture and private equity, single asset and portfolio acquisitions and disposals; large scale underwriting transactions; major town centre regeneration projects and all aspects of landlord and tenant work.
Over recent years, Jackie has continued to work alongside Simon Edwards in advising Powis Street Estates in connection with its holding and re-development of substantial sections of the Woolwich Town Centre. This re-generation is probably the largest such scheme within the London area since the redevelopment of the Docklands area.
Career:
Jackie qualified in 1998 and joined Wallace as a partner in 2003.
