Martin specialises in commercial development work with a particular emphasis on landlord and tenant issues. Martin's clients include a number of restaurateurs, hotel operators, retailers and personnel companies. Martin also advises extensively on the conveyancing aspects of collective enfranchisement cases and lease extensions under the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.
Martin acts for a wide range of clients including Paramount Restaurants (Chez Gerard, Caffe Uno and other brands), Hays Specialist Recruitment, Penna, Bourne Capital, Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club and Lester Hotels.
Career:
Martin trained at Wallace and qualified in 1994. He became a partner in 1998.
