Richard also has a business background. He is the founder and Chairman of the ADR Group, a leading Alternative Dispute Resolution service, and the CEO of an English company commercialising the intellectual property of the Shenkar College of Engineering and Design in Ramat Gan, Israel. He is a Director and Treasurer of the Civil Mediation Council.
