Sam is head of the leasehold enfranchisement department at Wallace. She specialises in leasehold enfranchisement and property related litigation including landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidations claims, service charge disputes, contentious lease-renewal proceedings as well as party wall disputes. She represents landlords, tenants and groups of tenants.
Sam has successfully represented a wide range of clients including the Freshwater group of companies (one of London's largest private landlords) and Daejan Properties, and has been involved in a number of significant leasehold enfranchisement cases in recent years, including Brick Farm Management -v- Richmond Housing Estate and City & Country Properties –v- Plowden Investments.
Career:
Sam trained at Wallace and became a partner in 2004.
