The Firm

Wallace LLP is a law firm located in London, practising English law. The firm is a limited liability partnership incorporated in England under number OC 305907 (referred to in this website as Wallace, we, our or the Firm) and is authorised and regulated by The Solicitors Regulation Authority (the SRA). A list of members is open to inspection at the registered office which is at One Portland Place, London W1B 1PN. All members are solicitors or registered foreign lawyers.

While the Firm may refer to its members as “partners” in order to designate their seniority in historically familiar terms, the members are not practising in general partnership.

The Firm is not authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. The Firm is however able, in certain circumstances, to offer a limited range of investment services to our clients. We can provide investment advice provided this is an incidental part of the professional services that we have been engaged to perform.

In addition, we are included on the register maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority so that we can carry on insurance mediation activity. Insurance mediation activity, including complaints for redress if something goes wrong, is regulated by the SRA.
