Charlotte has been with Wallace since 2004 and is a well-respected, senior member of our Corporate team. She undertakes a broad range of corporate finance work for individual and corporate clients and brings considerable experience of UK and cross border mergers and acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures, strategic investments, public company work and property finance. Charlotte has a particular focus in the property sector.

Work Highlights
Acquisition of a Jersey Unit Trust which owns the freehold of North West House, NW1 for £58.5m, with associated financing. The property was pre-let to WeWork who undertook a £10.6m Cat A and B refurbishment to create a co-working office space.
Representing a family office on the complex and intricate restructuring of its property group.
Acting for the founders and management team on the sale of a majority of Livingstone Technologies to Carlyle Group.
Acquisition of The Capital Hotel and The Levin Hotel for Warwick Hotels & Resorts.
Acquisition by private equity firm Aurelius Group of Transform Medical Group, one of the UKs leading providers of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
Acquisition by a BVI company of the entire issued share capital of Amsprop Tower Limited, that owns a high value property, Sceptre Court in London
