Janey deals primarily with commercial property matters, such as landlord and tenant work and commercial acquisitions and disposals. She also has substantial experience in the sale and purchase of residential properties, including auction properties, high-value properties and investment properties.
Instinctively collaborative, she works closely with Wallace’s Leasehold Enfranchisement and corporate teams. She acts for a number of landlords and Right to Manage companies on day-to-day property management aspects, often continuing to deal with properties where Wallace has acted on successful collective enfranchisement and Right to Manage claims.
A resourceful problem-solver and skilful negotiator, Janey has great rapport with her clients, keeping them abreast of progress through clear, prompt and personable communication.
