Rebecca advises both employers and employees on all aspects of employment work and has particular experience in dealing with performance management, disciplinary and grievance issues and TUPE.
Rebecca has considerable experience of drafting and negotiating compromise agreements for both companies and individuals as well as drafting and reviewing employment contracts, service agreements, staff handbooks and consultancy agreements. She works closely with employer clients on the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Rebecca also has experience in advising clients on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and business transactions (including TUPE issues) and has guided businesses though reorganisations and redundancy programmes. Rebecca works closely with her corporate and commercial property colleagues in providing the necessary employment support to business transactions.
Rebecca has conducted seminars and workshops on a wide range of employment topics including equal opportunities and managing disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Rebecca is a member of the (UK) Employment Lawyers Association.
