Wallace acted as legal adviser on the sale of long standing client IDBS, a leader in enterprise scientific informatics platforms, on its sale to the life sciences platform of Danaher Corporation, a global science and technology innovator with more than 20 operating companies worldwide spanning healthcare, environmental and industrial sectors.
