Craig is a highly skilled commercial litigator in great demand.  His extensive experience in High Court and County Court litigation, international and domestic arbitration, expert determination, mediation and settlement negotiations makes him an indispensable partner to large, high profile organisations in a wide range of sectors, particularly IT and telecommunications.

He handles all types of commercial contract disputes, injunction matters and professional negligence cases and increasingly advises his clients on non-contentious matters, such as the negotiation of key clauses in contracts and strategic risk avoidance.  Legal 500 reports that his “ability to read the minds of the other side is uncanny” and notes that he “digs deep into cases to unravel the knots and wrinkles”, he is “highly regarded”.

Craig is a first rate litigator who has a clear focus on strategy together with a detailed knowledge of the issues. He had a dogged determination to see the case through; led the team from the front and was available at all times. A real pleasure to work with.
