Frank brings invaluable expertise to our Technology, Commercial Contracts and IP team. His pragmatic approach to problem-solving and risk management produces robust contracts that, his clients testify, maximise return on investment by allocating risk now, in order to avoid costly court battles later.

Frank chairs the code of practice board of the Cloud Industry Forum and is regularly invited as expert speaker on how to manage cloud & data risks. This includes provider insolvency, "as is" service, government snooping, loss of data exclusions and service credits. He’s also Wallace’s go-to expert on GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

The Legal 500 says, “Practice head Frank Jennings has particular expertise advising on the cloud and related procurement”.

Frank runs a blog at thecloudlawyer.net

Frank Jennings provided invaluable assistance to the CCi team in its perpetual global license agreement with EY Catalyst Limited, a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited. This was an involved transaction and his decisive and expert advice and input was vital to us successfully completing this transaction.
