Mark is a senior member of our respected Property team, specialising in non-contentious commercial and residential property work.
He is a trusted partner to his clients in all aspects of landlord and tenant work; investment, acquisitions and disposals; financing (including bridging finance) and refinancing of properties and portfolios; and development work.
Mark also deals with the conveyancing aspects of collective enfranchisement and lease extension claims and works closely with our Corporate, Insolvency and Litigation teams on property-related matters.
