Trainee Solicitor, Corporate
Sabrina joined the firm as a paralegal in 2015. She obtained a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford then commenced her training contract with our Litigation team in 2017. She is now in the Corporate team. Prior to joining Wallace, Sabrina achieved an Upper Second Class Honours degree in Law at the University of Southampton.
Sabrina assisted the litigation team representing a client in a High Court action against multiple defendants for claims for breach of fiduciary duty and knowing receipt worth in excess of £30 million. She has experience in preparing hearing and trial bundles, costs budgets and other court documents, has reviewed documents in preparation of disclosure and assisted on specific disclosure applications.
Sabrina has worked on multi-million pound acquisitions, carrying out vendor due diligence and assisting with the warranty and disclosure exercise. She regularly works with clients to incorporate companies, complete small corporate authorisations and undertake company secretarial duties.
