Wallace Corporate Team Advises OEE Consulting On Its Merger With Gobeyond

Wallace recently advised both the founders and the management team of OEE Consulting on OEE’s merger with gobeyond.

OEE Consulting is a leading customer journey and operations transformation firm.  Gobeyond is a specialist digital and customer experience transformation services business (which is backed by global BPO provider Webhelp).

The combined business will challenge brands to rethink how they connect, serve and transact with customers.  The enlarged business will have the capability to operate on a global scale and compete as a specialist alternative to the global consulting firms with over 300 people across the UK.

Mark Palmer, the Managing Director of OEE Consulting, commenting on the transaction, said:

“This exciting new partnership creates a disruptive organisation of a scale and capability that positions us as a leading customer experience transformation firm both in the UK and internationally”.

John Woodhouse led the Wallace team, assisted by Rebecca Butler and Sabrina Mitchell.

Regarding Wallace’s role on the transaction, Mark Palmer commented:

A great outcome with enormous care taken to keep all stakeholders informed and comfortable around key issues and decision points”.

Selling a business is technically complicated and at times emotionally tense. You look to your advisors for support with the former, and hope they can help with the latter. Wallace was exemplary in both regards.
