Wallace advises the management team of Infrata on inward investment by Lonsdale Capital Partners
Wallace has advised the management team of Infrata in relation to the inward investment by mid-market private equity firm, Lonsdale Capital.
Infrata is an infrastructure consultancy firm which provides services to lenders, investors and sponsors of infrastructure projects around the world. Infrata is currently working on over 100 projects in the due diligence and monitoring phases as well as having advised on transactions worth in excess of $250 billion since incorporation in 2011. Infrata is headquartered in London and has offices in Colombia, Spain and Canada.
