Wallace advises Grahame Chilton on the sale of Carlin to Rodin cars

The Wallace team recently advised Grahame Chilton in respect of the sale of the Capsicum Motorsport Group, which owned Carlin (formerly Carlin Motorsport), to Rodin Cars.

Carlin, a well-respected motor sports racing team, currently competes in six championships being FIA Formula 2 Championship, FIA Formula 3 Championship, GB3 Championship, F1 Academy, ROKiT F4 British Championship and the Eskootr Championship.  Several notable Formula 1 drivers have competed for Carlin during their junior careers, perhaps most notably Lando Norris in recent times.  During Grahame Chilton’s involvement with the racing team, which spans 13 seasons, Carlin has won multiple championships and races across the world.

Andy Cooke led the Wallace team which consisted of Sabrina Mitchell and Janey Wayne.

I was delighted to assist Grahame on this interesting transaction. There were certain practical and international complexities to navigate, and it is gratifying to achieve the result that our client desired.
