Wallace has advised Impact HR on the purchase of Tugela People.
Impact HR, one of the UK’s fastest-growing HR and Health & Safety consultancies, provide HR outsourcing specialising on the SME market across the United Kingdom.
Tugela People delivers people-centric, cloud-based, solutions and services for HR, payroll, and system optimisation to a wider range of industries.
Wallace advised on the purchase with a team led by Charlotte Wheeldon (corporate) and supported by Angus Young (corporate).
The deal provides Impact HR with a platform to offer a more comprehensive range of HR services to support its clients.
