The Wallace corporate team has successfully advised the shareholders of Every City Limited on its recent sale to Krystal Hosting Ltd.
EveryCity is a cloud management and hosting company working with startups, digital marketing agencies and SMBs, including Wellcome Trust, SoundCloud and Secret Escapes.
