Wallace is delighted to have advised the founder of A.I. PR, Adam Iezzi, on his sale to The Independents.
A.I. PR is a London-based PR agency known for its curation of industry-leading fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands within the luxury market, handling brands like Moncler, Loewe, Kenzo, Rabanne and Acne Studios. The share deal was the first step in accomplishing the parties’ intention to create a joint venture between the Paris-based PR agency Lucien Pagès, acquired by The Independents in December 2024, and A.I. PR. Adam commented that “The new global reach and access to a wider network will allow A.I. PR to provide an even stronger service to its clients, while maintaining and strengthening the team”.
John Woodhouse, Ines Krausler, Sarah Merriott and Imogen Kelland advised on the corporate aspects of the transaction, with support from James Williams and Simren Savjani on employment matters.
