Wallace strengthens property team with appointment of partner Ian Leigh
Wallace is pleased to welcome Ian Leigh as a partner in the firm’s Property team from 1 September 2026. Ian’s arrival adds further depth to the team’s broad property law expertise, which covers commercial property, residential property, property litigation and leasehold enfranchisement.
Ian advises on a broad range of real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, funding and asset management. He has particular experience in the food and beverage sector.
Commenting on his appointment, Ian said: “I’m excited to be joining Wallace. The firm has a strong reputation in the property sector, and I’m looking forward to working with the team as it continues to grow and build out its capabilities.”
