Alexandra is an Associate in the Corporate team at Wallace LLP, advising on a broad range of corporate transactional and advisory matters. She works with owner-managed businesses, investors and corporate clients across the full business lifecycle, including acquisitions and disposals, investments, reorganisations and general corporate advisory matters.
Alexandra trained at Wallace and qualified into the Corporate team after previously working for the firm as a Corporate Paralegal. Having worked on numerous share sale and asset sale transactions from both the buy-side and sell-side perspective, she has experience in managing due diligence processes, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents and assisting clients with all practical aspects of the transaction up to and following completion.
In addition to transactional work, Alexandra advises clients on a wide variety of day-to-day corporate matters, including shareholder arrangements, corporate governance, group restructurings and company law issues.
