Alexandra is a paralegal in the Corporate and Commercial teams.

Alexandra has experience in assisting start-up businesses with commercial compliance requirements, such as GDPR-compliant privacy and cookie policies and ensuring the businesses meet the requirements of consumer law.

Alexandra has assisted the Corporate team with various transactions including company share sales and SEIS/EIS qualifying investments, where she has worked on disclosure exercises, data room management and ancillary transaction documents. She has also worked on employee incentive schemes (including EMI share option schemes) and corporate restructures.

In addition to her degree in Business Management, Alexandra has a diploma in Fashion and Image and has experience of reviewing and amending supply agreements for major fashion brands.
