Alice trained at Wallace and qualified into the Corporate Department in September 2023. She is a member of the commercial team, regularly advising technology and media businesses.

Alice has recently returned from a secondment at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, where she worked as a commercial solicitor. Her role involved drafting and negotiating a broad spectrum of commercial contracts and working with departments across the business. That secondment has given Alice valuable insights into approaching commercial transactions and focusing on the important issues.

Alice gives GDPR advice and drafts commercial documentation. She has extensive experience in assisting with share sales, company restructures and related due diligence exercises.

Alice completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP University, and achieved a BA (Hons) degree in Politics with Study Abroad from the University of Exeter, spending the third year of her degree studying at The American University in Washington, D.C.. Prior to starting at Wallace, Alice worked as a property paralegal in a West End law firm.
