Amber is an Associate Solicitor specialising in Employment law. She advises both individuals and businesses on a range of employment issues.

Amber has experience advising senior executives on managing exits and negotiating settlement arrangements. She also works closely with employers on a broad range of employment law matters including drafting contracts and policies, advising on workplace disputes and assisting with the management of redundancy processes.

Amber provides support on corporate transactions, including advising on TUPE transfers and advising on employment matters throughout share/ asset sales and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Wallace, Amber trained and qualified at a regional firm in Surrey.
