Barry specialises in property investment, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant and development work. He works closely with our Corporate team on the property aspects of corporate transactions, developing innovative solutions such as carving out leasehold interests to create roof space developments on blocks of flats.

He has been called as a conveyancing expert in court proceedings and advises on all aspects of private client estate planning matters, including drafting trusts and wills.
