David specialises in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, joint ventures and MBOs. His work in sectors as diverse as life sciences, fashion, logistics and telecommunications has made him “a key name for M&A” according to the Legal 500.

He has a well-earned, formidable reputation for ‘making things happen’. His holistic approach has successfully guided many clients through boardroom and partnership issues and complex commercial disputes. He also advises a number of high net worth individuals with assets and business interests across the world.

Prior to joining Wallace, David was a partner in a leading Washington DC law firm and was the head of their business solutions group in London.

Selling a business is both technically and emotionally challenging. David and his team provided the highest level of technical excellence needed to get our transaction completed. Throughout the process they provided constant attention and support to myself and my leadership team to help us get over the finishing line. This, to me, is what makes David, his team, and Wallace as a firm, stand out in their profession.
— Neil Kipling, ex-CEO, IDBS
