Harriet is a Litigation Associate with a broad practice encompassing all types of general commercial and banking & financial services disputes. She acts for high net worth individuals and corporate clients across a range of sectors in respect of complex disputes, often involving cross-border issues. Harriet has particular experience of claims involving breach of warranty, shareholder disputes, joint venture disputes and civil fraud.
Harriet joined Wallace as a trainee and qualified as a solicitor in September 2021. She previously worked at a leading City firm.

Work Highlights
Acting for nine Panamanian incorporated entities in their defence of large-scale international Court proceedings valued at approximately £3 billion ongoing in several jurisdictions, including the English High Court, Monaco, Panama, Montenegro, Switzerland, Ukraine, USA, Cyprus, Latvia, Russia and several other countries, relating to the assets and dealings of prominent Russian businessman Oleg Bourlakov, who died in 2021.
Acting for a highly-regarded Formula One aerodynamicist in contentious expedited High Court proceedings relating to his well-publicised move from Red Bull to Aston Martin.
Acting for a French construction company in a dispute arising out of a joint venture agreement with the value of approximately £4.5 million.
Acting for a substantial group of retail investors in the LF Woodford Equity Income Fund in claims against Hargreaves Lansdown and Link Fund Solutions valued up to £1 billion following the Fund’s high-profile suspension in June 2019 and subsequent announcement that it will be wound down.
Acting for the defendants to a substantial breach of warranty claim worth approximately £9 million arising out of a share purchase agreement.
