Jackie joined Wallace in 2003 and specialises in commercial property related matters. She is an outstanding talent in the field and has handled incredibly large and complex transactions involving well-known buildings and corporations.
Her areas of expertise include office, industrial, retail and leisure, property investment and development transactions; joint venture and private equity, single asset and portfolio acquisitions and disposals; working with multiple property auction houses; large scale underwriting and refinancing transactions; major town centre regeneration projects and all aspects of landlord and tenant work.

Acting for a hotel and pub company on the purchase and acquisition financing of over 200 pubs and 45 hotels, and subsequent disposal of a large majority of them by way of private sale and at auction.
Acting on a £172m purchase and acquisition financing of a portfolio of properties from The Rank Group Plc including leasing back part of the portfolio to Rank, and extensive related landlord and tenant work and finally the disposal of the properties as single assets or smaller portfolios by way of private sale and at auction.
Acting on a £20m disposal of a portfolio of eight restaurants and pubs to a fund. Tenants included The Ivy, Loch Fyne and Brunning & Price
Advising on the purchase and acquisition financing of units in a Jersey Property Unit Trust for £58.5m. The underlying asset was North West House NW1 (former headquarters of BHS ) which was pre-let to WeWork who undertook a £10.6m Cat A and B refurbishment to create a co-working office space.
Acting for a family office in connection with a £41.3m facility provided by Deutsche Bank secured on a property in Dover Street, London
