Sara is a Paralegal at Wallace, working within the Corporate team. She supports a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, share buybacks, internal reorganisations, EMI option schemes, and commercial agreements.
Prior to joining Wallace, Sara gained experience in both corporate and litigation work at another Legal 500 firm. This dual exposure has provided her with a well-rounded understanding of legal processes and a versatile approach to problem-solving.
Sara holds a Master’s in Law (GDL) and a Bachelor’s degree in Media Production with Business Management. She also earned the bilingual International Baccalaureate Diploma, a rigorous academic programme that emphasises critical thinking and global perspectives. With an international background and fluency in both English and Spanish, Sara brings adaptability and a global outlook to her work.
