As a consequence of her work as a paralegal in the Corporate and Commercial teams, Stephanie was offered the opportunity to train with Wallace. As a paralegal and trainee, she has gained experience of company share sales and acquisitions, group restructurings, financings and capital raises. She has worked with clients adopting new articles of association, finalising shareholders’ agreements and reconstituting company books.

Stephanie currently works as a trainee within the Commercial Litigation and Banking & Financial Services Litigation teams, where she assists with drafting court documents, preparing for hearings and completing legal research.

  • Providing support on the sale of global marketing agency, The Feed Group Limited, to an international digital marketing business backed by private equity

  • Assisting the shareholders of GoBe Consultants Limited, a renewable energy consultancy firm, on the share sale of their company to a global environmental consultancy

  • Managing complex loan note arrangements for a global sustainability consulting business

  • Assisting with work relating to the financing arrangements for a £150 million capital increase for Tottenham Hotspur by its majority shareholder, ENIC Sports Inc

  • Helping numerous clients with work on establishing EMI share option schemes and exercising options
