Wallace advises Gerald Edelman on the Restructuring of its Business and its New Partnership with ETL Holdings UK

The Wallace Corporate team has recently advised Gerald Edelman and Gerald Edelman LLP on the restructuring of their business, including a number of associated and subsidiary entities and investments. Wallace additionally advised on the disposal of a 51% interest in the Gerald Edelman Group to ETL Holdings UK, part of the German owned ETL Group. As a result of this disposal Gerald Edelman has become part of the ETL Group.

Formed in the late 1940s, Gerald Edelman is recognised as a leading mid-tier accountancy business in the UK, delivering a wide range of financial and strategic business advice. It recently ranked #47 in the Top 50+50 Accountancy firms 2020.
