The Wallace corporate team has successfully advised the shareholders of Opal Wave on its recent sale to Sapphire Systems.
Opal Wave is the UK’s leading specialist in SAP Enterprise Performance Management. Opal Wave provides software, lifecycle services, managed and cloud hosting services to enterprise customers across a wide range of industries across the globe.
The acquisition enables Opal Wave to accelerate its growth within the Sapphire Group while Sapphire will strengthen its EPM, business intelligence and cloud analytics capabilities.
John Woodhouse led the Wallace team which included Laura Gillard, Sarah Merriott and Sabrina Mitchell. Leigh Leach advised on all employment aspects of the transaction.
