Wallace has advised on the sale of Sladen Consulting Limited to its employees under an employee ownership trust (EOT).
Sladen Consulting is a UK management consultancy that supports healthcare organisations improve leadership, team performance, and workplace culture through executive coaching, facilitation, leadership development, and learning programmes. It works with businesses globally to build high-performing, people-focused organisations and drive sustainable performance.
Wallace advised on the sale of the consultancy with a team of corporate partner Charlotte Wheeldon and associate Stephanie Claridge. Wallace collaborated with Avondale in the sale.
The sale is part of the shareholders’ long-term plans for the sustainability and growth of the business which will enable employees to share in its success.
