Wallace recently advised the shareholders of Copperman Consulting on the sale of a majority stake in the company to Decision Inc.
Copperman specialises in SAP BPC design, implementation and support primarily for UK FTSE 100 companies. Copperman is an SAP gold partner.
Decision Inc. is a global data, digital and performance intelligence business which is headquartered in South Africa. The transaction is part of Decision’s global expansion strategy, using Copperman’s strong foundation to establish a foothold in the UK and European markets.
