He has also advised on insolvency and restructuring matters (for individuals and corporates), competition/antitrust claims, shareholder claims, group actions, and intellectual property disputes.
Over the years, Aditya has been recognised in the leading legal directories, including as having “great natural instincts for litigation strategy and complete command of what is required to make a success of the day-to-day running of a heavy commercial case” (Legal 500).
Clients and counsel have recently described him as “an excellent associate who can run big-ticket litigation”, and an “extremely able solicitor [who] works terrifyingly hard, and produces well-analysed documents” and is “delightful to work with, and goes the extra mile for clients” (Legal 500).
Previous rankings have described Aditya as being “tenacious and able to keep his opponents always on the hop”, “particularly impressive”, someone who “works incredibly hard, while displaying constant good humour”, and as being “exceptional in every way”, possessing “lateral thinking and shrewd strategic judgement” that “make him a real force in a major piece of litigation” (Legal 500).
Before joining Wallace, Aditya practised for over a decade at a leading international firm in its London and Canadian offices.
