Amelia is an experienced paralegal in the property litigation & enfranchisement team.

Amelia works for a range of clients including property management companies, residential leaseholders, managing agents, commercial occupiers, and private individuals.

She helps clients with disputes concerning landlord and tenant relationships, serving notices, lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, property claims, right to manage and service charge matters. She also has experience in residential and commercial property conveyancing.

Outside of the office Amelia enjoys skiing and can be found on the slopes of France when possible. She also played lacrosse during her student days at the University of Exeter.
