Mark joined Wallace as a trainee in 2001 and is a senior member of our respected Property team, specialising in non-contentious commercial and residential property work.
He is a trusted partner to his clients in all aspects of landlord and tenant work; investment, acquisitions and disposals; financing and refinancing of properties and portfolios, buying and selling of high value residential property.
Mark works closely with our property litigation and insolvency teams and assists our corporate team on property-related matters, and also assists with the conveyancing aspects of collective enfranchisement and lease extension claims.
