Beth qualified as a solicitor in April 2022 and joined Wallace in October 2023. She is an Associate in the Property Litigation & Enfranchisement Department and advises both Landlords and Tenants (including one of London’s largest private landlords) on:

  • Collective enfranchisement and lease extension claims under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.

  • The right of first refusal procedure under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

  • The right to manage claims under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.

  • A wide range of other Landlord and Tenant matters.

Beth also has experience in residential conveyancing and commercial property and works closely with our Property Department. She is widely regarded as an approachable and knowledgeable member of the team.
