Rhiannon qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and joined Wallace from Pinsent Masons in March 2021. She is a Senior Associate in the Property Litigation department and advises on all aspects of commercial and residential property disputes.

Rhiannon acts for a wide range of clients in relation to contentious property matters. Her mains areas of work include advising on lease renewals (opposed and unopposed), break options, dilapidations, applications for consent to assign/sublet, recovery of rent arrears, forfeiture, trespass, property related insolvency and contentious issues around telecommunications equipment.

Rhiannon also has experience in advising on real property issues including covenants and easements.

Whilst Rhiannon is a property litigator, she works closely with the Property team to provide strategic advice to avoid litigation where possible and appropriate. Rhiannon is also experienced in settling disputes through mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
