Wallace has advised ENTRO Service Group (ENTRO) entering the UK market with the recent two acquisitions of Bi-Fold Rolfe and Aberdeen Alarm Company (“AAC”).
The two transactions provide ENTRO with a UK platform as they continue to expand their geographic reach.

Bi-Fold Rolfe is an independent industrial door company based in Southampton. The company specialises in the repair, maintenance, installation and manufacture of door solutions.
AAC is a Scotland based fire detection and security solutions provider offering installation, maintenance and monitoring services designed to keep businesses safe and protected.
The Wallace teams were led by John Woodhouse (Corporate) and Ines Krausler (Corporate), supported by Imogen Kelland (Corporate), Charlotte Lang (Corporate), Stephanie Claridge (Corporate), Jackie Boot (Property), and James Williams (Employment).
The deals continue Wallace’s strong track record in working with European firms as they enter the UK market.
