Wallace advises Flight Story Group Limited on the purchase of Zebu Digital

The Wallace corporate and employment teams recently advised Flight Story Group Limited, the digital marketing and communications company, co-founded by Steven Bartlett (BBC Dragon’s Den & Diary of a CEO podcast host) and Oliver Yonchev (former MD of Social Chain AG) on the purchase of web3 marketing collective Zebu Digital to launch Flight3 – a new innovation marketing arm of the Flight Story business. Zebu Digital is a young company – founded by brothers Harry and Jolyon Layard Horsfall with their close friend Henry Hankin in 2021. Zebu navigates its clients through the challenges of web3 and blockchain technology.

The Wallace team was led by Alexander Egerton. Charlotte Wheeldon had conduct of the negotiations. Alexander and Charlotte were supported by Imogen Kelland and Stephanie Claridge. Leigh Janes advised on the employment aspects of the transaction. Alexander comments: it is rewarding working closely with a successful innovative business as it strategically expands through targeted acquisitions. Turning to Zebu; this acquisition strengthens Flight Story’s services and capabilities in emerging technology such as web3, AI and VR strategy.
