Wallace Advises the Founders of GoBe Consultants on their Acquisition by the APEM Group

The Wallace team is delighted to have supported GoBe’s founders on the sale of the company to APEM Group.

Tim Golding and Steve Bellew founded the GoBe business in 2009.  GoBe provides advice and technical support to developers in the offshore wind sector from its hubs in Devon and Glasgow.  GoBe and APEM have collaborated on many developments in the past and the current GoBe team of 43 personnel is set to increase as the new relationship unlocks more commercial opportunities.

APEM is a global environmental consultancy specialising in marine, freshwater, terrestrial ecology and geospatial services.

John Woodhouse and Laura Gillard led the Wallace corporate team ably assisted by Ilya Alexandrov and Stephanie Claridge.  James Williams provided employment support to the founders.

It was great to work with Wallace on the transaction. John, Laura and the rest of the Wallace team provided great support throughout and we were smoothly navigated through a complex process to a very successful conclusion.
— Steve Bellew, co-founder
