Wallace Advises the Shareholders of HR Solutions on its Sale to Marlowe PLC
The Wallace corporate team has advised the shareholders of the HR Solutions Group on its sale to Marlowe plc.
Incorporated in 2001, HR Solutions is a successful provider of HR and health and safety consulting. HR Solutions and its subsidiaries, including Essential Safety, will integrate into Marlowe’s WorkNest brand, deepening Marlowe’s HR and health and safety offering.
Marlowe plc is a London-listed software and service provider for safety and regulatory compliance.
