Wallace has advised the founders and management team of Chalkline on the sale of the company to Focus Group.

Founded in 2016, Chalkline is a well-established and rapidly growing technology provider specialising in delivering comprehensive IT managed services to the SME community across the UK. 

Chalkline boasts an impressive technology service portfolio across Office 365, Azure, managed security, IT support, Teams telephony and professional services, all delivered with market-leading efficiency through a highly automated platform.

Focus Group is one of the UK’s leading independent providers of business technology.

Wallace advised the founders and management team on the corporate and employment aspects of the deal, with a cross-disciplinary team of John Woodhouse, Sarah Merriott, Alice Curtis, and James Williams.

The deal continues Wallace’s strong track record in both the technology sector and advising founders on sale strategies.
