Wallace advises Van Mossel Automotive Group on two UK acquisitions
Wallace has advised Van Mossel Automotive Group on its acquisition of two regional dealer groups in the United Kingdom.
Van Mossel has been trading for over 75 years and is the largest car dealer group in the Benelux region. The Group has also grown to be one of the largest automotive groups in Europe, employing over 10,000 people over 550 locations throughout Europe with an annual turnover in excess of €8.5 billion.
The acquisition of Breeze Motor Group and Ocean Automotive, with nine locations on the South Coast, further expands the Group’s footprint into the United Kingdom.
Wallace advised on the purchases of Breeze Motor Group and Ocean Automotive, with a team led by Sarah Merriott (Corporate), supported by Alice Curtis (Corporate), Jocelyn Harris-Cooke (Property) and James Williams (Employment).
